Black Witch from Another World - Chapter 1 - Lightning

When I woke up...

I was in a different place.

"Ouch!! Where am I? Did that lightning really hit me."

When I start up the VRMMO Game "Swords & Guns Online" on my V-Dive. I was the guild leader in my guild. But sadly I unfortunately got hit by a lightning that struck my power cord and reach the cord of my Helmet, and died.

"And why's my voice so...girlish"

When I looked up at a water pond near me, I saw...a girl. My Avatar.

"Wait if my avatar is here that means... I'm in the game, but wait why do I feel so alive."

"Mmm... I could smell air and I have a pulse..."

It feels like I'm living in the real world but... My female avatar is here. I went and checked the menu if I'm in the game but.

"Eh? Ehhh?!! Where's the menu bar, I cannot activate it what's going on?!"

I swipe the air to see the menu bar. But it didn't work. I swipe it again several times but it did not work.

"Wait...... It could not be right?! Is it possible?! No, no way."

"Am I in another world..."

While I was disbelieving that possibility, I check my pouch to see if i have any items.

"Let's see...oh?"

I saw a weird scroll I did not see before. When I opened it up he saw...

I checked the other and saw.

My eyes widen for what I'm seeing.

"Is-is this a joke right? You got to be kidding me?! I died because someone accidentally hit me with lightning?! Is that how my life ended? Because of an accident?!! Is that how my purpose will be?!!"

"Agghh!! pull yourself together Rin!! This is a new chance!! You've been given a new life in this world by god himself!! Agghh!"

I got my enthusiasm up and finally got up from the ground.

"Let's see... What to do first... *snap ahh!! Let's go to a village or town first, maybe go to an adventures guild like I always see in these novels."

I looked around at my surroundings and saw that I'm in the middle of a forest and tried to find an exit. But then I was quite forgetting something.

"Wait?!! Am in a girls body or rather my avatars body...but that means...am I stuck in this body forever??!!"

After that I was now confused and don't know what to do.

"Alright!! Calm down...this is not the end of the world this is a new life now so it's not impossible for me to be a girl, but.. I still have a male heart so I'm still interested in girls..."

After calming himself I was now ready to head out the forest.

"Let's now worry about that, Alright let's go!!!"

Filled with enthusiasm I set out to the forest in a random direction.

I pulled out my cutlass just in case.

I looked around and saw some blue flowers.

"If I'm correct this stuff is a common flower used for making average potions."

When I looked around some more I saw a pile of these flowers in a small field in the forest.

In the middle of the field i saw a girl.

"Oh... A girl, she looks like she's around 10 or 12 maybe. She's picking those flowers in that field, maybe she uses it for medicine or something."

She has a blueish hair with a peasant like clothes and a basket with those blue flowers in it. She's also quite small.

When Rin now Morus tried to get closer to her, I use my hood to cover his face.

Then suddenly...

"Rawwwwrr!!!!!!!!!"

A packed of hungry wolves came. Their pretty big but not that much.

"Ahhhhhh!!!!"

The girl screamed and tried to run away.

Then she trip herself in a rock and hurt her leg.

She could not move.

"O no!!!!"

The wolf jumped and tried to attack her.

She was terrified.

And then...

"Lightning!!"

I jumped out of the bushes and cast a spell, it was a simple lightning, it shoot out of my hands and...

A direct hit.

The lightning hit the wolf in front of the girl, the wolf collapse and his body is burnt to crisp.

"Woooooooohhhhhh."

The girl is amaze to what she has seen.

After that I pulled out my sword.

It was a cutlass, a pirate cutlass in fact. It is the guild weapon of my former guild.

It's gigantic, it is made from the rarest metal in the game and forged from the highest ranked blacksmith in the game, and also it is infuse by one of the dragon king's scrolls, one of the rarest items in the game. And lastly it's design is very intricate with gold rings and gems put in it and drawings so detailed its eye-catching.

I nullified it's power so to not destroy everything.

I ran forward and attack the other wolves.

The wolf leaned forward and attack as well.

I jumped and tried to sliced it by trying to hit it mid-air.

The wolf dodge it.

I ran forward and sliced the wolf again.

It cut through...

It sliced through the wolf like butter and now it's head decapitated I ran towards the other wolves.

After that I used my cutlass to slice them through.

The other wolf tried to ran towards me and I slide under him, then I jumped up to him. The bones are broken and it hit through his heart.

Its dead... After I've finished him off, the last wolf growled and tried to ran away. Then...

"Lightning!!!"

I cast another lightning spell to finish him off. It did... The last wolf collapse and laying motionless.

After I finished them I ran towards the girl laying on the ground.

"Hey, are you alright."

I spoke a question to her.

I could not understand it at all.

"Wait a moment."

"Understand Language."

I cast another spell that makes you understand its language.

"What are you saying Lady-San."

I finally understand their language.

"Oh... I'm Sorry just speaking my native tongue."

"Ohhh..."

She finally understand it.

"Oh!! Lady-San that was awesome!! How did you do that
magic!! I've never seen such powerful magic before. It was like zappp!zappp!! Like that."

"Oh really?"

"Yes, really!!!"

I was surprise about her reaction, because it was just a basic spell.

"Oh, let me heal you up first."

I heal up her leg that was hurt from the fall. She was surprise by this.

"Whoa... Lady-San is an healer."

"Yes, yes I'm."

That also surprised me, I thought healers are common, but I guess not in this world.

After I finished healing her, she stand up and bowed to me.

"Thank you very much Lady-San please!! Let me do any favor to repay you Lady-San."

I finally stand up and dropped my hood, that's when this girl saw my face.

"Whooaa... Lady-San is so pretty."

My face was a black haired black eyed Beauty with an mechanical eye wear in her right eye and a crucifix in her left and tattoos of a small heart and a star under the eyes.

It also has some pointed ears, but the ears are shaped like bat wings.

Then I removed my eye wear and crucifix to see my full face.

"Alright I have one favor to ask you, but first let's introduce each other shall we."

"Yes!"

"I'm rin~ uh Morus Lamia but you can call me Mori if you like"

I'm not gonna say my real name here, so my avatar name will do just fine.

"Oh Mori-San is it, then my name is Maria Castolina, call me Mary for short, nice to meet you Mori-San."

She introduced herself in a happy way.

"Alright then here's my favor, take me where your village or town is OK."

"Yes ma'am!! First let's go here."

"Wait!! You should take your basket first."

She forgot her basket of flowers.

"Oh yeah! I almost forgot."

She picked up her basket and ready to head out.

"Ummm... Mary-San how about you take these wolf skins with you to make clothing for the winter. Maybe your parents will reward you for it."

"Oh!!! That's a great idea Mori-San! Not only is Mori-san is pretty but clever too!!"

"He he its nothing. I just thought that it will be a waste to let these skins rot away."

And so... They began skinning the wolfs.

After they finished skinning it Maria packed up and now heading out but she's kinda struggling.

"Ummm... Mary-San how about I take some of those skins to not bother you."

"No no Mori-San you already did say much to me and we just met, so carrying these are the lease I can do."

"If you say so.."

They went out in the flower field and heading back to the town.
